About the position

The Onboarding Specialist at Painter Bros is responsible for leading the onboarding processes for new franchise owners, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization. This role focuses on enhancing the onboarding experience from the acceptance of the offer to the launch date, requiring strong organizational and communication skills to foster positive relationships and a supportive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure onboarding materials are up to date and necessary records are collected from franchisees prior to launch.
• Create and implement management training programs to support company growth.
• Conduct orientation sessions for new owners, providing essential information about the company, policies, and procedures.
• Utilize software for onboarding and training purposes.
• Collaborate with the team to set achievable yearly, quarterly, and long-term goals for the company.
• Monitor the effectiveness of onboarding programs through feedback and metrics, making necessary adjustments to improve the process.
• Foster relationships with new owners to ensure they feel supported during their transition.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of onboarding experience (preferred).
• Strong communication skills to engage effectively with diverse groups.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and a passion for enhancing employee experiences.
