The Role CCC's Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team maintains system reliability and stability to provide the best customer experience. As a member of the SRE team, you will have an opportunity to work on many technologies and tools, including Observability and AI/machine learning. Responsibilities

  • Be involved in the entire lifecycle of Site Reliability Engineering
  • Design Dashboards and User Interfaces for SRE Metrics
  • Contribute to the research and development of new AIOPS solutions
  • Collaborate with the Product Development team to design and implement SRE standards
  • Work with the Database, Network, DevOps, and AWS Teams
  • Apply data science, and machine learning techniques to real-world SRE challenges
  • Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables

Requirements

  • Experience with software development in one or more general-purpose scripting and programming languages (including but not limited to Python, Java, and JavaScript)
  • Understanding Linux systems and bash scripts
  • Working knowledge of version control systems like Git
  • Understanding the concepts and processes surrounding the Software Development Lifecycle
  • Interest in learning other coding languages per team requirements

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in Kubernetes, Terraform, or other configuration management solutions is preferred
