The Onsite Call Center Representative position at TSI-CXBPO involves providing exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues through various communication channels. Responsibilities

  • Respond to daily customer requests, inquiries, and issues through various types of correspondence.
  • Provide thorough, efficient, and accurate documentation and updates in all required systems for each work event.
  • Identify root cause of issues and concerns and determine resolution.
  • Maintain and organize all pertinent backup information to substantiate payment postings as necessary.
  • Follow up in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Offer and explain the value of non-regulated products and services during calls, where applicable.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate or equivalent relevant work experience desired.
  • Previous call center/customer service experience preferred.
  • Exhibit strong attention to detail.
  • Good mathematical and analytical skills required.
  • Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
  • Proficient personal computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team fostered environment.
  • Ability to work in a multi-tasked environment.
  • Ability to prioritize and organize work.
