About the position

The Onsite Community Association Manager at RealManage is responsible for overseeing the operations of community associations, ensuring compliance with policies, and managing budgets. This role involves direct interaction with the Board of Directors and community members to enhance satisfaction and operational efficiency. The manager will also carry a small portfolio of properties, ensuring high-quality service delivery and strategic planning aligned with the association's goals.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with all community policies and procedures as defined by the Board of Directors.
  • Plan, develop, and approve operational policies, procedures, methods, and regulations related to general operating procedures.
  • Direct the work of all department managers.
  • Lead the development of the annual operating, cash, and capital budgets, and assess compliance with the published budget.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports for the Board of Directors.
  • Coordinate the development of long-range and annual business plans aligned with association by-laws and policies.
  • Monitor the quality of association products and services to ensure maximum member and guest satisfaction.
  • Establish and maintain ongoing dialogue with members to gather input on Association direction and improvements.
  • Coordinate with the Board of Directors on the development and implementation of all strategic plans.
  • Carry a small portfolio of properties.

Requirements

  • Florida CAM license is required.
  • Minimum of two years as an Onsite (HOA) property manager is required.
  • CMCA or state-equivalent certifications are desired.
  • Associate's degree or higher is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations.
  • Experience with Yardi software.
