About the position

As an Onsite Project Manager / Foreman at Garcia Roofing, you will play a crucial role in ensuring project success through high-quality work and exceptional customer satisfaction. This position involves overseeing multiple production crews, conducting safety and quality inspections, and coordinating materials and work orders. You will be responsible for maintaining organization and cleanliness at job sites while effectively communicating with customers and managers.

Responsibilities

• Safely climbing and inspecting roofs/attics daily for quality assurance.
• Conducting safety and quality inspections.
• Coordinating materials and work orders with the production team.
• Supervising multiple production crews from start to finish.
• Using company software for job documentation and tracking.
• Communicating progress and safety updates with customers and managers.
• Ensuring cleanliness and organization at all job sites.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to use a ladder and safely access roofs.
• Physical stamina for standing, bending, climbing, and balancing for extended periods.
• Ability to safely lift 50+ pounds and operate equipment and tools.
• Ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions as needed.
• Successful completion of a drug screen, background check, and driving record check.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when required.
• A positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent time management and follow-up capabilities.
