The position is responsible for the daily upkeep of the Maintenance Activities databases. The individual will perform a variety of functions using the Naval Tactical Command Support System (NTCSS), which includes monitoring and managing print requests and printer configurations, viewing and monitoring system information, broadcasting messages, and managing log-in capabilities. The role also involves monitoring server processes, scheduling and rejecting jobs, maintaining pre-defined jobs, and ensuring system security. Additionally, the individual will advise on matters pertaining to OOMA inputs, extract, analyze, and validate maintenance data, develop and interpret management reports, and monitor data and parameters for up-line reporting and related interface requirements. The position requires maintaining, issuing, and disposing of aircraft, engine, and associated component equipment logs and records, as well as maintaining inventory records including aircraft and engine reports in accordance with applicable instructions. The individual will also process readiness documents, administer the aircraft configuration status accounting program, and verify aircraft utilization reports, while complying with NAVAIRINST 3710.1 and CNAFINST 4790.2 series.
