About the position

The Openlink Endur ETRM Functional Lead is responsible for providing expert support and guidance in the evaluation of requirements, test case development, and execution of detailed testing for ETRM systems. This role involves working closely with team members to ensure the health of ETRM environments and to facilitate effective testing processes, including user acceptance testing. The position requires a deep understanding of business processes related to commodity trading and the Endur system, along with the ability to adapt to new features to support business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support and guidance to team members in the evaluation of requirements and test case development.
  • Execute detailed testing and regression testing for ETRM systems.
  • Understand the Endur Back Office and Mid Office modules and processes.
  • Provide ad-hoc risk analysis around complex transactions.
  • Assist IT representatives in updating ETRM related applications and processes.
  • Perform positive and negative testing for solutions prior to release and assist with user acceptance testing.
  • Write documentation to describe program development, processes, and corrections.
  • Proactively work with ETRM vendor to maintain the health of ETRM environments and create support requests for defects and upgrades.
  • Perform testing of patches, upgrades, and configuration changes.
  • Update and maintain internal business-related documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or comparable work experience.
  • 8+ years of experience supporting ETRM systems.
  • 7+ years' experience within the commodity trading/marketing industry.
  • 7+ years of experience supporting Endur Accounting and Settlement teams.
  • 7+ years of Systems Analysis experience.
  • 7+ years of project-related experience.
  • 7+ years of Endur experience, including design, configuring, and troubleshooting.
  • 5+ years of experience supporting Endur Mid Office teams.
  • Strong knowledge of Natural Gas markets.
  • Experience with Endur architecture (front, middle, and back office modules).
  • Experience working with SQL.
