About the position

The Operations Associate in Event Ticket Governance at JPMorgan Chase is responsible for executing operational and controls activities related to the management of sports and entertainment tickets used for client entertainment and marketing. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure a controlled execution of ticketed events while identifying opportunities for process improvements and value creation.

Responsibilities

  • Execute regular operational and controls activities such as uploading tickets, configuring tickets, and completing maker/checker reviews.
  • Trigger Alteryx workflows, produce and distribute reports, and administer access.
  • Audit, investigate, and remediate data errors on a monthly basis.
  • Escalate issues to the Business or Technology Leads in a timely manner.
  • Provide extended ticketed and event support for special events and new market expansions.
  • Advocate for the governance program by refining policies and user guides, providing training, and support.
  • Build and maintain stakeholder relationships and provide customer support.
  • Analyze data to identify markets with low ticket utilization and partner with stakeholders to implement initiatives that increase utilization.
  • Use behavioral analysis to implement process improvements and changes to training and user guides.
  • Collaborate with the Product Delivery Manager and Event Tickets vendor to manage operational processes and compliance inquiries.
  • Support/lead enhancements, change requests, and open issues including leading meetings and tracking tasks to completion.
  • Support/lead change management efforts including stakeholder engagement and user testing.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in controls or operations in any business.
  • Intermediate experience using Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and various formulas.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a high-paced environment and manage tight deadlines.
  • Good written communication skills and ability to hold self and others accountable.
