About the position

The Operations Co-op position at Teva Pharmaceuticals offers students the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the pharmaceutical industry. This role involves working on cross-functional projects related to manufacturing technologies and operational support, contributing to the launch of women's hormonal products and improving patient health. The co-op is designed to provide meaningful work and professional growth throughout the program.

Responsibilities

• Work with Production Engineers in manufacturing technologies such as dry/wet granulation, compression, coating, and encapsulation.
• Provide operational support in manufacturing and packaging processes.
• Engage in root cause problem solving and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Conduct deviation investigations and develop corrective action plans.
• Collaborate with various departments including R&D, MS&T, Operations, and Quality.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university program, preferably in chemical, mechanical, or biomedical engineering.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with other departments.
• Strong time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Visio, and Project.
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
