Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Operations Coordinator/Analyst to support our warehouse operations. This role involves coordinating logistics, analyzing operational performance, and optimizing processes to ensure efficient and effective management of our global supply chain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. Job Responsibilities Monitor and manage daily operations of overseas warehouses, including order fulfillment, and shipping processes. Serve as the point of contact between internal teams, third-party warehouses, and logistics partners to address and resolve operational issues. Collect, analyze, and report on key operational metrics such as inventory accuracy, order fulfillment rates, shipping timeliness, and employee productivity. Conduct data analysis to assess warehouse performance, identify trends, and support decision-making for operational improvements. Evaluate employee productivity and efficiency metrics, providing feedback and recommendations to improve performance and meet organizational goals. Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Track and monitor shipments to provide updates to stakeholders and ensure proper documentation. Evaluate current processes and workflows, identifying opportunities to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and reduce costs. Support the implementation of new tools, technologies, or practices to optimize warehouse efficiency and operational visibility. Maintain accurate records and generate reports related to inventory, shipping, operational performance, and workforce productivity. Work closely with supply chain, customer service, and finance teams to align operations with overall business objectives. Support communication and coordination between internal departments and warehouse teams, fostering collaboration and efficient operations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, logistics, or a related field preferred. 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management. Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform decisions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong communication skills, with the ability to work across teams and with external partners. Familiarity with international shipping regulations and practices is preferred. Bilingual in English and Chinese Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
