About the position

The Operations Coordinator is responsible for dispatching and scheduling technicians for service calls, ensuring efficient service delivery while providing exceptional customer service. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently, with opportunities for growth as the team expands.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and emails from customers seeking appliance repair services.
  • Schedule and dispatch technicians to service calls based on their availability and location.
  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of service calls, customer interactions, and technician schedules.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer inquiries or concerns.
  • Assist with administrative tasks and support other team members as needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.
