About the position
The Operations Finance Analyst I at Faith Technologies is responsible for providing essential support to the operations finance group, ensuring accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis. This role emphasizes continuous improvement in processes and tools, while also analyzing financial results and assisting in month-end financial close activities.
Responsibilities
- Assist Operations Finance to ensure accurate, complete and timely data.
- Assist in management of financial reporting, budgeting and analysis.
- Actively participate in ongoing improvement and innovation of processes, procedures, and tools.
- Analyze financial results, monitor variances, and identify trends.
- Identify project financial status (risk and opportunity) by analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
- Assist in month-end financial close.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
- 3 to 5 years of Accounting experience
- Proficient in the use of a PC and Microsoft Office Suite
