The Operations General Manager is responsible for overseeing diverse operational functions within the organization, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in operations. This role requires strong leadership and management skills to drive performance and achieve operational goals while adhering to relevant regulations and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Engineering, or Supply Chain (MBA is a plus)
• At least 5 years in a Managerial role overseeing diverse operational functions
• Proficiency in Lean Management, Six Sigma, and Microsoft BI
• P&L experience with Budgets, Finance, and Accounting
• Strong multitasking skills, leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• In-depth knowledge of relevant regulations and best practices
• Proficiency in IT systems (ERP/MRP) and SAGE software relevant to Operations Management
