In this role, you will be responsible for performing daily front office tasks that are essential for creating lasting impressions and building trust with our patients. You will undergo an extensive eight-week training program designed to equip you with the skills necessary to excel in your position. Your primary focus will be on providing superior patient service with compassion and care, adhering to company policies, government regulations, and dental board standards. Collaboration with the dental team is key to ensuring exceptional patient care, and you will consult with patients regarding treatment options while verifying insurance payments and collections. As an Operations Lead, you will supervise and reinforce the daily tasks and priorities of the non-clinical team under the guidance of the Manager. You will also review daily data to assess its impact on the practice, oversee scheduling and confirming patient appointments, and manage financial transactions, including verifying insurance payments, balancing nightly deposits, and processing credit card transactions. Additional responsibilities may be assigned by the Manager as needed, making this a dynamic and engaging role within our organization.

Responsibilities

  • Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards.
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care.
  • Consult with patients on treatment options provided by the clinical team, verify insurance payment and collection, and ensure high-quality care.
  • Under the direction of the Manager, supervise and reinforce the daily tasks and priorities of the non-clinical team.
  • Review data day to day to evaluate the impact on the practice.
  • Oversee scheduling and confirming patient appointments.
  • Verify insurance payment, collection, balance nightly deposits, and credit card processing.
  • Perform additional tasks assigned by the Manager.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
  • Demonstrate analytical thinking; place a premium on leveraging data.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Experience in sales.
