About the position

The Manager of Operations is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a facility, ensuring productivity and quality goals are met. This role involves managing employees, controlling inventory, preparing budgets, and implementing facility maintenance programs. The manager will also focus on employee relations and fostering a productive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and leadership of a large area or plant
• Control inventory, storage, and ordering processes
• Prepare and implement approved capital plans/projects
• Develop and direct facility maintenance and improvement programs
• Oversee all aspects of production and distribution including inventory management
• Ensure efficient use of labor, equipment, and expenses
• Identify and execute the group's overall strategy
• Direct facility employees and assess their needs to promote productivity and morale
• Create and adhere to the overall financial plan for the area or plant

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 5-7 years of relevant experience required
