Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations and manage Manager-On-Duty shifts.
  • Implement processes to enhance guest experiences and operational efficiency.
  • Train and evaluate team members.
  • Manage team schedules and park operations.
  • Conduct opening and closing procedures, including cleaning and cash handling.
  • Act confidently as Manager on Duty, ensuring adherence to standards and policies.
  • Motivate the team to uphold Sky Zone's values and culture.
  • Resolve guest service issues professionally and discreetly.
  • Ensure team members are informed about products and promotions.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership skills with experience in a guest-facing management role.
  • Ability to solve problems under pressure while maintaining a fun and friendly environment.
  • Skilled in team motivation and culture-building.
  • Previous cash-handling experience.
