Responsibilities

• Supervise, direct, and develop project teams, ensuring effective communication and guidance.
• Lead the development of an overall project plan and set clear expectations for the team.
• Take ownership of project information and deliver status updates to relevant parties.
• Validate project status and recommend actions to ensure execution goals are met.
• Align manpower resources and direct teams to meet project goals.
• Ensure the project team follows defined processes and that individuals fulfill their roles and responsibilities.
• Maintain strong customer relationships by staying engaged throughout the project.
• Communicate with customer management to resolve conflicts or issues that arise during the project phases.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in construction project management.
• Experience with a variety of project types, particularly within Commercial/Industrial sectors.
• Solid understanding of construction principles and practices, with experience on projects over $1 million.
• A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering is preferred.
