About the position

The Operations Manager at Lithko Contracting will oversee multiple project teams, providing operational support to ensure successful project outcomes. This role involves supervising and directing project teams, developing project plans, and maintaining customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle. Responsibilities

• Supervise, direct, and communicate with the project team.
• Develop an overall project plan and set expectations for the project team.
• Take ownership of project information and deliver project status to appropriate parties.
• Validate project status and make recommendations to ensure execution goals are met.
• Direct and align manpower resources to meet execution goals.
• Ensure the project team follows defined processes and acts per their roles and responsibilities.
• Maintain customer relationships by staying engaged throughout the project.
• Communicate with customer management to resolve conflicts or issues during the project phases.

Requirements

• Knowledge of Microsoft programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in construction project management.
• Experience with a variety of project types, with an emphasis on Commercial/Industrial.
• General knowledge of construction principles/practices, with experience on projects over 1 million dollars.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering.
