About the position

The Operations Specialist III will provide essential support in administration, planning, and managing operations activities. This role focuses on improving operational management systems, processes, and best practices to ensure organizational well-being, while also requiring the ability to obtain and maintain necessary customer clearance for access to various systems and facilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and participates in Integrated Product Team (IPT) meetings, providing administrative support and contributing expertise.
• Schedules and executes recurring meetings and reviews, such as Staff Calls and Program Management Reviews.
• Updates the strategic calendar weekly with significant activities, travel, and events.
• Coordinates the scheduling and collection of program office inputs for quarterly Risk Management Boards.
• Manages daily operations processes to ensure a consistent flow of operations for organization leaders.
• Communicates taskings from the Government Operation Director to Staff Directors and functional organizations.
• Engages stakeholders to plan for senior-level engagements in a dynamic environment.
• Analyzes planning on projects to anticipate complications and develop innovative solutions.
• Prepares and distributes briefs based on stakeholder discussions to the PM and DPM.
• Reviews and analyzes issues, providing recommendations for performance improvements.
• Develops, revises, and ensures implementation of policies, plans, and procedures.
• Prepares reports and presentations that outline the current status across organizational lines.
• Serves on or leads teams regarding various special programs/projects, identifying problems and recommending corrective actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of seven (7) years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
