Operations Specialist

We are currently seeking an Operations Specialist for our Middletown, CT office to manage and oversee service delivery for specific product lines, ensuring accuracy in service contracts and billing, and maintaining communication with customers regarding invoice changes.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the service delivery for specific product lines
• Review scope of work and service contracts to ensure accuracy
• Match billing with contract quotes and notice discrepancies
• Investigate scope of work performed with billing discrepancies
• Communicate with customers on a daily basis regarding invoice changes
• Maintain focus on executing end of month billing cycle

Requirements

• Great attitude and strong desire to succeed
• Preferred college degree or two years of related work experience
• Prior experience in a service business or scheduling position
• Comfortable with technology (Microsoft Office) and willing to learn new technology
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
