About the position

The Operations/Specialty Lead at Chick-fil-A is a leadership role focused on supporting daily restaurant operations while fostering a positive team environment. Responsibilities

• Lead shifts in either Front of House or Back of House.
• Participate operationally in day-to-day activities in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant.
• Respond immediately and respectfully to guests' needs.
• Assist in training new hires and set the tone for shifts.
• Act as a role model for the team and encourage a friendly atmosphere.
• Open and/or close the restaurant and act as a key holder.
• Count drawers and finalize the day.

Requirements

• Customer service experience
• Shift management experience
• Mid-level assistant manager experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Team management skills
• Restaurant experience
• Strong communication skills

Nice-to-haves

• Prior experience as shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, restaurant manager, or restaurant assistant manager
