About The Position

The Operations Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and executing the pickup and delivery of Cyclops Setting Tools to customer field locations. This role involves disassembling, cleaning, inspecting, rebuilding, and testing tools, while also providing technical support to customers. The supervisor ensures that all necessary equipment is maintained and available, and upholds a high level of professionalism and integrity in all tasks.

Requirements

• Strong technical background working with downhole tools utilized in pump down operations, including wireline setting tools, frac plugs, and perforating guns.
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
• Available to work weekends and holidays as needed to support customer field operations.
• Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal communication, and operational management skills.
• Technical Sales experience is a plus.
• Working knowledge of Windows 10 OS and Microsoft Office.
• Forklift training.
• Proficiency with basic hand tools.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with customer field representatives to coordinate and execute Cyclops Setting Tool pickup and delivery.
• Disassemble, clean, inspect, rebuild, and test Fortress Cyclops Setting Tools per applicable work instructions.
• Report all steps of the Fortress Cyclops Recycling Program through iFortress software.
• Provide technical support to customers for Fortress Cyclops Setting Tools.
• Ensure all necessary equipment and tools are available and adequately maintained.
• Maintain professionalism and work with honesty and integrity.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
