About the position

The Operations Associate will play a key role in the administration of Dynasty's turnkey asset management program (TAMP). This position offers the opportunity to learn all aspects of Dynasty's business, particularly in onboarding RIA teams. The role reports to the VP of Operations and the Operations Transition Specialist, and involves responding to requests and emails related to client account onboarding and maintenance.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the onboarding of RIA teams and the maintenance of client accounts.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for network partners, addressing questions and providing support related to Dynasty Operations.
  • Train advisors and their teams to optimize workflows using technology.
  • Maintain effective communication with custodians, resource partners, and internal departments to support TAMP functionality.
  • Participate in advisor transition and onboarding processes, and support tasks related to internal conversions to trading and investment platforms.
  • Identify and resolve or escalate issues and opportunities as necessary.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with advisors, support personnel, and key partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years in financial services.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to translate and present complex ideas in a simple, understandable manner.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Proven ability to build rapport and instill confidence with team members, advisors, and partners.
  • Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team environment.
  • Certifications: FINRA Series 7, 63, 65, and/or 66 preferred but not required.
