About the position
The Oracle EBS SCM Functional Consultant position is designed for an experienced professional with a strong background in Oracle ERP R12, particularly in the supply chain management (SCM) domain. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in this field, demonstrating a solid understanding of how to manage and optimize supply chain processes effectively. This role requires hands-on experience with Oracle modules such as Order Management, Inventory, and Purchasing, which are critical components of the SCM suite. The consultant will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, configuring the Oracle EBS system to meet those needs, and ensuring that the supply chain processes are streamlined and efficient. In addition to technical skills, the consultant should possess a good understanding of finance, as this knowledge will enhance their ability to integrate SCM processes with financial operations. Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is also a plus, as it can facilitate better integration between various Oracle applications and third-party systems. The consultant will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide solutions, and support the implementation of best practices in supply chain management. This position may involve collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure that all aspects of the supply chain are aligned with the overall business strategy.
