About the position

Join a Dynamic Team and Drive HR Transformation. As we continue to modernize our HR operations, we're seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Developer to play a pivotal role in our ongoing transformation. You'll be instrumental in designing, developing, and supporting critical HR systems, including Time & Labor and Payroll. This position requires a strong technical background and the ability to collaborate effectively with various departments to ensure that HR systems align with their needs while maintaining confidentiality and compliance standards. In this role, you will spearhead the design, development, testing, and support of technical tasks within Oracle HCM, focusing on Time & Labor and Payroll modules. You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining comprehensive reports to ensure compliance with monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting requirements. Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and address reporting needs will be a key part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will explore and implement innovative technical solutions to enhance efficiency and streamline HR processes, making a significant impact on the overall HR operations. Your ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and your strong SQL development skills will be crucial in this role. You will work closely with diverse teams, requiring excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and understanding of unique departmental requirements. A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, along with prior experience with Oracle HCM, particularly in Payroll and Human Resource modules, is preferred. Knowledge of Oracle reporting and data loader tools will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Spearhead the design, development, testing, and support of technical tasks within Oracle HCM, focusing on Time & Labor and Payroll modules.

Requirements

  • Strong SQL development skills.
  • Deep understanding of Oracle HCM modules, particularly Payroll and Time & Labor.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
  • Prior experience with Oracle HCM, including Payroll and Human Resource modules, is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Oracle reporting and data loader tools is a plus.
