About The Position

The Oracle HCM Functional Consultant will play a crucial role in transforming workforce management through the implementation and optimization of Oracle HCM solutions. This position focuses on the Compensation Module of the Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management software suite, requiring a dynamic professional with a strong background in human capital management and technology.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 to 5+ years of experience working with Oracle HCM Cloud, either in a consulting role or as an end user in a Human Resources department.
• Proficient in Oracle HCM Cloud, with hands-on experience in core modules such as Core HR, Talent Management, and Payroll.
• Strong understanding of HCM processes and best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to lead projects and collaborate with diverse teams.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to think critically and solve problems independently.

Nice To Haves
