• Familiarity with digital workflows in surgical practices.
• Experience with full arch protocols in oral surgery.

Responsibilities

• Consult with patients to determine needs and treatment goals.
• Perform surgical procedures to extract impacted or damaged teeth, place dental implants, and remove tumors and other abnormal growths of the oral and/or facial regions.
• Utilize a patient-centric approach in all interactions.
• Operate with a referral doctor-centric mindset.
• Understand the importance of a referral base and how to expand/grow it.
• Utilize a digital workflow or demonstrate a willingness to learn.
• Understand full arch protocols or show a willingness to learn.
• Be implant-oriented and have a desire to learn how to perform them at the highest level.
