About The Position

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Ensure all trucks are loaded properly prior to and during loading procedures.
• Check with drivers and sales regarding the status of products sent to customers the day before and make necessary corrections.
• Ensure products are vacuum cooled and secured before loading.
• Verify that the reefer is operational and set to the correct temperature.
• Rotate products each morning and at the end of shifts, enforcing the First-In First-Out system.
• Familiarize with the number of pallets each truck can hold and the order of customer orders.
• Scan barcodes for products received and returned into the CPM system for traceability.
• Complete necessary paperwork for order making and loading trucks.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the mushroom product and work area.
• Comply with Kitchen Pride Mushroom Farm Good Manufacturing Practices, Food Safety, and Quality requirements.
• Carry out any other duties as assigned.
