About The Position

The Order Processor role at TEKsystems involves managing customer orders and requests for quotations in a fast-paced environment. This position is critical for ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining relationships with clients in the aerospace and defense sector. Requirements

• 2 years of order processing or customer service experience.
• Experience using order management software or ERP software (SAP or Salesforce preferred).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage requests for quotations (RFQ) by analyzing requirements and verifying stock availability.
• Prepare customer offers based on the best supply source determined by the Procurement department.
• Perform follow-up activities for RFQs to maintain customer relations through various communication methods.
• Build sustainable relationships with customers by providing necessary product and order information.
• Proactively handle customer complaints and ensure resolution by coordinating with relevant departments.
• Monitor and manage assigned targets/KPIs daily and implement corrective actions as needed.
