Order Puller, 1st Shift

About the position

The Order Puller position at Behr Paint Company is a physically demanding role focused on efficiently filling orders in a safe and timely manner. The role requires lifting heavy items and operating equipment to ensure that paint is delivered to stores as scheduled. Responsibilities

• Fill orders utilizing a scanner gun and manually lift cases or buckets onto pallets.
• Use a rider jack to deliver pallets to the loading department.
• Attend safety training and other educational sessions before starting on the floor.
• Participate in safety meetings and perform stretches at the beginning of each shift.
• Maintain a clean facility and adhere to safety protocols, including wearing steel-toed shoes.

Requirements

• Must be physically able to lift between 40 and 75 lbs repeatedly throughout the day.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• No previous experience in paint or warehousing is necessary, as training will be provided.

Benefits

• Starting pay of $18.50/hr with potential increases after 6 months and 1 year of employment.
• $3/hr shift differential for off shifts.
