About the position

The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales and business development within the assigned territory, focusing on building relationships with orthodontists and their teams. This role involves creating business plans, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring revenue growth through effective sales strategies and account management.

Responsibilities

  • Sell Ormco products and solutions to meet or exceed assigned sales goals.
  • Win, expand, and retain Ormco business within each assigned account.
  • Utilize a consultative sales approach to build trust and relationships with customers.
  • Influence doctors and staff to purchase and utilize Ormco's digital product portfolio.
  • Create and implement sales and educational strategies to increase customer engagement.
  • Meet with orthodontists and staff regularly to promote products and gather feedback.
  • Conduct complete territory analysis and planning to achieve revenue goals.
  • Travel throughout the assigned territory to organize customer meetings and discover needs.
  • Provide timely responses to customer requests regarding products and services.
  • Establish and manage customer expectations regarding delivery timelines.
  • Maintain accurate sales records using CRM tools and provide market intelligence to management.
  • Review and report customer complaints and recommend corrective actions.
  • Stay informed about new products in the market and demonstrate thorough knowledge of Ormco solutions.
  • Maintain necessary reporting documents, including forecasts and strategic initiatives reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company sales policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 5+ years of related industry experience with a successful track record in customer relationship and account management.
  • Ability to travel 30% overnight.
