About The Position

Requirements

• DDS/DMD from an accredited dental education program.
• Certificate of completion of a residency from an accredited post-graduate Orthodontic Program.
• Current, valid dental license in the state of practice or eligibility for licensure.
• Nitrous Oxide Certification (only for specific states).
• CPR Certification.
• Compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with a pediatric patient base.
• Familiarity with DentaPro software and digital x-ray technology.

Responsibilities

• Provide orthodontic services to patients with the support of the dental team.
• Participate in community activities to promote a positive image of the company.
• Engage in morning huddles to plan the day and appreciate team members.
• Manage an average of 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients daily.
