About the position

The Outside Sales Account Manager (B2B) position at Elysium Tile Florida Inc. is focused on promoting and selling mosaic and field tile collections to both new and established accounts within the Oklahoma City territory. This role involves building relationships, maximizing sales volume, and providing excellent customer service while managing a defined territory that includes Oklahoma City, Tulsa, Amarillo, and Wichita. The position requires frequent travel and physical demands, including lifting heavy items.

Responsibilities

• Promote mosaic and field tile collections to new and established accounts.
• Maximize sales volume within the assigned territory.
• Display products based on specifications.
• Maintain close communication with the manager and office staff regarding customer samples.
• Provide timely follow-ups with customers, prospects, and managers.
• Service existing customers and up-sell current customers.
• Open new accounts and expand business within the territory.
• Keep the company vehicle clean and well-maintained.

Requirements

• Prior sales experience is a plus.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with people at all levels.
• Ability to perform quality work in an organized manner.
• General computer knowledge including Word and Excel.
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record for 3 years.
• Must be able to pass a drug test.
