About the position

The Outside Sales Account Manager is responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and executing sales strategies within the assigned territory. This role requires a highly motivated individual who excels in building relationships with key decision-makers and delivering exceptional customer service while promoting the company's product line.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and execute account sales strategies across assigned accounts.
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, and face-to-face to address their needs.
• Serve as the single point of contact for business development within customer accounts.
• Engage with current customers to understand their needs and deliver results.
• Develop and execute new business and expansion strategies to meet sales quotas.
• Prepare and deliver tailored presentations and demos of product lines and services.
• Ensure customers receive the highest level of customer service.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in sales/account management roles, preferably in the Automotive Industry.
• Strong knowledge of the automotive industry.
• Ability to sell products and demonstrate basic selling skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Professional work ethic and ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.
• Valid Driver's License.
