About the position

The Account Manager position at ADR Corp. is focused on driving sales and managing customer relationships within the Detroit, MI area. The role requires a highly ambitious and entrepreneurial individual who can identify new business opportunities, close deals, and build strong relationships with key decision-makers. The Account Manager will be responsible for all aspects of customer relationship management, ensuring effective communication and execution of sales strategies across assigned accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Work with Regional Sales Director to identify, develop and execute on account sales strategies across assigned accounts.
  • Communicate with customers by phone, through email and face-to-face to ensure their needs are understood and addressed.
  • Serve as a single point of contact for business development within customer accounts, owning all facets of the account management process.
  • Engage with current customers to understand their needs and deliver results.
  • Develop and execute new business and expansion strategies to meet quota.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored presentations and demos of product lines and services for prospects, customers, and wholesale customers.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in sales/account management roles, preferably in the Automotive Industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the automotive industry.
  • Ability to sell products and demonstrate basic selling skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Professional work ethic and ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the Automotive Industry is preferred.
