The Account Manager position at ADR Corp. is a full-time role focused on driving sales and managing customer relationships in the Pittsburgh, PA area. Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and execute account sales strategies across assigned accounts.
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and face-to-face to address their needs.
  • Serve as the single point of contact for business development within customer accounts.
  • Engage with current customers to understand their needs and deliver results.
  • Develop and execute new business and expansion strategies to meet sales quotas.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored presentations and demos of product lines and services.
  • Ensure customers receive the highest level of customer service.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in sales/account management roles, preferably in the Automotive Industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the automotive industry.
  • Ability to sell products and demonstrate basic selling skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Professional work ethic and strong responsiveness to customer needs.
