About the position

As an Outside Sales Account Manager, you will focus on promoting Reynolds' software solutions at automotive dealerships within your territory. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with existing customers while also seeking new accounts. You will collaborate with area sales specialists to enhance market share and demonstrate how our solutions can help dealerships achieve superior results. The position includes the provision of a company car for both business and personal use, along with necessary technology and equipment for remote work.

Responsibilities

  • Promote the sale of Reynolds' solutions at automotive dealerships.
  • Build and maintain relationships with current customers.
  • Identify and pursue new account opportunities.
  • Collaborate with area sales specialists to drive market share growth.
  • Demonstrate how software solutions can improve dealership performance.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of related experience in sales or account management.
  • Automotive industry experience is a plus (Sales Associate, Sales Manager, Internet Sales Manager, or F&I Manager).
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong persuasiveness and sales-closing abilities.
  • Strong customer relationship skills.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel, with hotel stays, 6-8 nights per month.
  • Valid driver's license with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years.
