About the position

The Outside Plumbing Sales Manager is responsible for leading a team of technicians and managing the sales of plumbing services to homeowners. This role focuses on engaging with clients, understanding their plumbing needs, and providing tailored solutions, while also ensuring the sales team meets and exceeds their targets through effective leadership and strategy implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate technicians to achieve and exceed sales targets.
