About the position

Buffalo Biodiesel Inc. is in growth mode and currently seeking a full-time Outside Sales Manager to join our team! This individual is responsible for managing our outside sales team and the expansion of our representatives across 15 states. The Outside Sales Manager needs to be an expert in cold calling and door-to-door sales. Buffalo Biodiesel Inc. has been in business since 2005, collecting and recycling used cooking oil for the production of Biodiesel, a carbon-reducing alternative fuel to hydrocarbons. With over 18 years in business, we collect and process used cooking oil for the production of Biodiesel, serving over 22,000 locations and growing. The company is committed to maintaining a drug-free workplace in compliance with the Federal Drug-Free Workplace Act.

Responsibilities

  • Making sales calls.
  • Contract enforcement.
  • Analyze current economic trends to identify business opportunities that generate revenue resources and increase profits.
  • Recruiting and training of new outside sales representatives.
  • Scheduling training and ride-alongs with new and existing reps.
  • Ensuring new contracts are verified and correct.
  • Develop SOP and manuals for sales structure/marketing goals.
  • Extensive travel required.

Requirements

  • An MBA or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 10+ years of sales/marketing experience required.
  • Minimum 10+ years of cold calling experience required.
  • Minimum 10+ years of managerial experience required.
  • Drug-free lifestyle required.
  • A clean motor vehicle report required.
  • The ability to travel to Canada required.
