About the position

The Outside Sales Representative/Account Manager at Colorado Ice Works is responsible for selling specialty ice products, including crystal-clear cocktail ice and ice sculptures, to high-end restaurants, bars, country clubs, and hotels in Colorado. This role can be part-time or full-time, focusing on building relationships with clients and expanding the company's market presence, particularly in the retail sector by 2025. The ideal candidate is energetic, driven, and skilled in sales, with a passion for hospitality and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Set up meetings with prospective clients.
• Deliver samples and discuss the company's program.
• Contact current sculpture clients to discuss cocktail ice.
• Conduct cold calls over the phone with prospective accounts.
• Perform in-person cold calls with prospective accounts.
• Set up meetings with purchasing agents of larger hospitality corporations.
• Meet weekly with CIW ownership and management team to discuss progress and formulate a continual plan of action to increase sales.
• Manage all new accounts and set up standing orders, par level orders, or traditional phone/email orders.
• Establish relationships with current and potential cocktail ice clients.
• Coordinate all orders with CIW production manager.
• Represent CIW at local trade shows and industry events.

Requirements

• 2 years of sales experience
• Clean MVR
• High school diploma or GED
