About the position

The Outside Sales Representative/Account Manager at Magnakleen Services is responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. This role involves conducting warm calls, following up on leads, presenting products, negotiating contracts, and providing excellent customer service. The position offers hands-on training and the opportunity to create and manage your own territory.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct warm calling to potential clients to generate leads and build relationships
  • Lead follow up from Service Reps
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets
  • Present and demonstrate products or services to prospective clients
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions

Requirements

  • Proven experience in outside sales or account management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required
