About the position

The Outside Sales Representative at World Amenities, Inc. is responsible for managing and expanding business relationships with distribution partners, management companies, and independent properties across Florida. This entry-level position involves significant travel and participation in trade shows, focusing on driving sales growth and nurturing client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with distribution partners, management companies, and end users.
• Work closely with distribution partners to ensure proper product positioning, sales support, and marketing efforts.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share within the assigned territory.
• Attend and represent World Amenities at trade shows and industry events to promote products and generate leads.
• Provide ongoing sales forecasting and reporting to the Global Sales Director.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless order fulfillment.
• Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications or related field, preferred
• Experience in sales, preferably within the hospitality or amenities industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing key accounts.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 3 weeks per month (with some overnight) in Florida; and participation in Trade Shows throughout the year.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
• Proficiency in CRM (HubSpot) software and Microsoft Office suite.
