Legacy Village Memory Care in Taylorsville, UT is calling all caring professionals to apply to join our caregiving team as a full- or part-time entry-level Memory Care Caregiver / Nursing Assistant (CNA)! We are a memory care center that wants our employees to be happy and comfortable. We pay our full- or part-time Memory Care Caregivers / Nursing Assistants (CNAs) a competitive wage of a minimum of $15/hour! Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care to residents of the memory care center.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living while maintaining their privacy and confidentiality.
- Serve meals to residents and ensure their nutritional needs are being met.
- Document the services performed and report any significant changes in condition to the correct personnel.
- Promote residents' independence and well-being.
- Comply with all health, sanitation, and safety guidelines.
Requirements
- CNA certification is preferred.
- Excellent bedside manners.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a rapidly changing environment.
- Ability to maintain a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Good time management skills.
