About the position

The position involves working 1st shift from 6:30 AM to 3:15 PM, Monday through Friday, with a pay rate starting from $19.00, offering substantial opportunities for increases based on high performance. In this role, you will be trained to identify shipment tracking numbers by building a chain of clues, using up to four systems for concurrent searches, and contacting customers via phone or email to confirm matches. You will document and update package records online throughout the process. The job requires spending 70% of your time seated in a quiet warehouse workspace, with an option to stand. You will need to lift an average of 25 lbs. to get and return packages, with occasional lifts of up to 50 lbs.
