About the position
In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology. As a Package Consultant at IBM, get ready to tackle numerous mission-critical company directives. Our team takes on the challenge of designing, developing and re-engineering highly complex application components and integrating software packages using various tools. You will use a mix of consultative skills, business knowledge, and technical expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into our clients' business environment and achieve business results.
Responsibilities
- Experience of D365 or AX 2012 Finance implementations and support/Finance Functional.
- Responsible for defining the solution blueprint for the Microsoft Dynamics solution (addressing all high-level business and technical requirements).
- Providing on site and off site consulting services and support to Dynamics clients (go-live and post-implementation).
- Perform basic configurations and security setups.
- Provides first level support to clients and troubleshoots solution issues as needed.
Requirements
- Experience of D365 or AX 2012 Finance implementations and support /Finance Functional.
- Definition of business, technical (good to have), and architectural requirements.
- Recognizes any inconsistencies, assumptions, and critical elements that must in an Enterprise solution.
Nice-to-haves
- Understands and adheres to all Project Plan and Scope documents developed by Project Managers.
- Executes Project Task items in accordance with defined Project timeline.
- Provides timely feedback to Project Managers and/or clients.
