About the position

In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and implementation of SAP solutions for simplicity, amplification, and maintainability.
• Work from strategy development to solution implementation using your knowledge of SAP and working with the latest technologies such as S4Hana and PP.
• Partner with a cross-functional global team to ensure customer success in an agile environment.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in SAP module implementation and support projects in S/4 HANA PP area, SAP PP functionality and related business processes, Process Industry domain expertise.
• Change request Estimates, approvals to move to prod New Project / enhancement prioritization/Risk/Impact assessment.
• Complex Ticket Support (high Impact/ Urgent) along with AMS (Contribute/facilitate the Workaround and Permanent Resolution).
• Lead the technical design and implementation of SAP solutions for simplicity, amplification, and maintainability.
• Work from strategy development to solution implementation using your knowledge of SAP and working with the latest technologies such as S4Hana and PM.

Nice-to-haves

• Overall 12 plus years of SAP Consulting experience and as a Package Consultant at IBM.
• Proactively identify the Problems and fix required Maintain the documentation of all the previous and upcoming projects/enhancements along with AMS Support Team.
• Maintain and Document the lesson learnt documents along with AMS team.
• Help Validate the Solution/Approach/interactions along with AMS support team when requested by AMS team.
• Good understanding of business partner concept.
