In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a client-facing practitioner working collaboratively with clients to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Lead design workshops and support business development activities.
• Mentor and coach team members to develop their skills and knowledge.
• Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of SAP solutions.
• Manage a high performing team of SAP consultants to deliver work products on time, budget, and quality.
• Involvement in strategy development and solution implementation, leveraging functional expertise of SAP.

Requirements

• 17+ Years Industry experience of performing necessary SAP configurations, writing detail specifications for development of custom programs, testing, co-ordination of transports to production and post go-live support.
• Strong hands-on experience of core S/4 HANA Sales and Service processes and functionalities.
• Experience of minimum 2 end to end SAP S/4 HANA Sales & Service Implementation.
• Led testing, data conversion, cutover and post go live, hypercare.
• Deep understanding of Business Process integration of SAP Sales and Service with other modules.

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge of Fiori Apps from SAP Order to Cash perspective.
• Ability to create functional specifications to bridge any gap in the solution design using custom development.
• Hands-on experience of designing and supporting integration with other SAP and non-SAP systems.
