About the position

In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology. As an Application Package Specialist, you'll help clients in the selection, implementation, and production support of application packaged solutions. You'll gain in-depth consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into the clients' business environment. Responsibilities

• Work with visionaries across multiple industries to improve the hybrid cloud and AI journey for clients.
• Accelerate impact and make meaningful change for clients enabled by strategic partner ecosystem and robust technology platforms.
• Challenge the norm, investigate ideas outside of your role, and come up with creative solutions.
• Collaborate closely with clients to build long-term relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Over all 12 plus years of experience in SAP Area with FSCM implementation.
• Excellent communication skills, as these are client facing roles.
• Hands-on experience in at least one end-to-end implementation.
• Lead multiple sized projects as team member or lead to implement new functionalities and improve existing functionalities.
• Knowledge and experience in implementation planning, fit analysis, configuration, testing, rollout and post-implementation support.
• Experience in working with teams to prioritize work and drive system solutions.

Nice-to-haves

• Master's Degree.
• Overall industry experience of 12+ years in SAP with hands-on expertise on FSCM with HANA implementation.
• Good knowledge and understanding in the FSCM Module with hands-on experience in at least one end-to-end implementation project.
• Mandatory hands-on implementation knowledge in Credit Management & Cash sub-modules.
• Ability to create requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design/Detailing of Processes.
