About The Position

The Packaged Application Development Associate Manager at Accenture LLP is responsible for overseeing IT project plans, ensuring the successful installation and maintenance of application releases, and managing the work breakdown structure for various technology projects. This role requires collaboration with team members to interpret user requirements and provide performance feedback, all while adhering to strategic directions set by management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the IT consulting industry.
  • 4 years of experience in designing and coding applications according to functional and technical programming standards.
  • 4 years of experience in developing system specifications and interfaces from simple to complex components.
  • 4 years of experience in designing Integration Solutions with the Interface partners.
  • 4 years of experience in supporting deployment and monitoring health statuses of the production operations.
  • 4 years of experience in utilizing Change Control and Development Methodologies.
  • 4 years of experience in implementing application architecture and designing, coding, and testing software applications.
  • 4 years of experience in utilizing DevOps.
  • 4 years of experience in managing deliveries in a distributed environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop or update project plans for information technology projects, including project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, schedules, funding, and staffing.
  • Develop system specifications and interfaces for moderately complex components.
  • Provide primary support for installation of application releases into production.
  • Maintain applications according to SLAs.
  • Develop and manage work breakdown structure (WBS) of information technology projects.
  • Work across the Service Delivery Lifecycle on engineering solutions for new system rollouts, major/minor enhancements, and/or ongoing maintenance of existing applications.
  • Understand strategic direction, and implement methods and procedures set by management.
  • Work with team members to gather and interpret user/system requirements into design specifications.
  • Provide performance feedback for project team members.
