Responsibilities

  • Conduct engaging and interactive painting classes following a step-by-step format.
  • Provide clear and concise instructions to students, ensuring they understand the techniques and concepts being taught.
  • Demonstrate various painting techniques and the ability to copy the example painting for the class.
  • Break down the painting into precise steps so beginners can understand the process and follow along easily.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, encouraging creativity and self-expression.
  • Demonstrate excellent public speaking skills.
  • Prepare paint for guests before every class based on the assigned painting.
  • Ensure a safe and clean working environment during classes.
  • Maintain excellent time management skills to keep the class within a 2 to 2.5 hour time frame.
